This is what the new Rovers journalist Arindam Rej has posted. What a load of hypocritical nonsense, Salford have earned the right to play any team they want to put out just like Rovers did last season. At least Salford aren't scrambling around for loan players to fill their team.
"There’s a moral responsibility to the sport, in my opinion. Potentially ruined the drama of the final round, aside from seriously damaging Rovers’ League Leaders’ Shield chances. The teams should try to compete with strong-enough squads for 27 rounds out of 27 in my opinion".

Cust and Bourouh start for a Salford team which includes eight debutants. They are the only players in the side with a shirt number 1 to 13.
