Probably looking at Barrow for our next win. Fev found it so comfortable - they just needed to kick it to our 25, we struggled to make half way. then rinse and repeat. Very boring to watch and we just didn't have the quality to do anything about it.

Between Fax, Barrow and Haven as to who joins Dewsbury re relegation. Can even see it coming down to the last match Haven - v Fax. Just hope that if we do go down we'll be able to survive, as the gate money will barely cover the rent never mind players' wages!

Unfortunately that is a very realistic scenario.

I thin people are forgeting 3 teams can go down and even if dewsbury and haven finnish below us we could still face say keighley or oldham in the relegation play off

Lose those three and we are well and truly at risk. Concerning on all fronts that players are wanting out. I think next season, fingers crossed in the championship, you can expect to see this 'moneyball' type team, little downside and all upside.

I have been concerned for some time about how this season will turn out for us. I think we are a better team than Dewsbury and Whitehaven but that third from bottom playoff spot against the playoff winners from league one i think we could struggle to avoid. So far i am not convinced by Finn as coach but i jumped in too quick on Grix so i am trying to give him a extended benefit of the doubt, and playing wise as i have said we need one hell of a clear out for next year to hopefully avoid a repeat of this season next year.

Agree on all points and this is the second coach this group of players haven’t produced the goods for with little to no sign of them doing so.

The club said earlier that their not panicking but the way things are going surely the alarm bells must be ringing loud and clear now, whether anything can be done about it?

Like what? Sack Finn? They can't possibly do that as we're obviously skint. We are what we are and hopefully we can manage 4th from bottom. What a thing to say though about HRLFC.

No urgency in the players when tackled, and a set of forwards that don’t look interested in playing for the coach. If we stay up it won’t be for Finn’s tactical knowledge and coaching ability. No one can say that the team has improved since Grix left.

Nothing to do with sacking Finn and with it being obvious that the problem lies with the current playing staff seeing if the club can bring in any more players to strengthen the team because as it is with the current group the same players keep doing the same things and are getting the same results.

Unless I'm completely wrong thought it was just 2 up 2 down - leaders of league 1 automatically promoted with 1 other team coming up after a play off against the other top teams in leagues 1. Bottom 2 from championship then being relegated meaning we just need to finish above Dewsbury and 1 other to avoid being relegated

This season has just enforced my opinion that it were better that Grix left, he showed no signs of looking to move this set of players on and his blind faith in them is one of the reasons we are in deep trouble. Finn has been trying to change things but he is stuck with a core of a team that has not performed for a number of seasons now. It is a double whammy for Finn now as the club is obviously on the brink so his best hope is to bring in some bargains that will give 100% and hope we can do a Batley. Feels like 2004 all over again so lets hope we can escape like then this time.
