Yeah I agree with that so we can't get too carried away. But he does look in better shape physically than last year, and he held up well against the Wigan pack too. We saw glimpses last season and I think there's definitely a SL player in there. We just need to see it for more than 4 or 5 games.

I was gonna say similar, sure the defensive line is not quite as good but he seems to have continued to build, both in confidence and fitness since Big Dave came in last season. Like you say that game against Wigan although a friendly, he stood out in that for me. As we all hope, he continues his form throughout the season and along with the other middles, they can make a platform for some exciting RL from Backs.

Be interesting to see if Rodwell makes the first 17 for Parra against the Dogs this Saturday or plays reserves..

We had Andrew Fifita in the bag, until he got picked back up for a first team game and he never looked back.

Let's hope lightening doesn't strike twice.

The difference being Andrew was an established first grade player with countless games under his belt at the highest level at that time ,and Ky hasn’t as yet got himself established as a regular first teamer .
