The last 10 years of history show our young players rarely improve , maybe Walters apart

As you know, I’m concerned that we are not making enough progress quickly enough, we seem to be either accepting of mediocrity, or there isn’t enough drive to make the changes that could lead to an improvement in fortunes.
How do you see the current position (league and progress) and how do you assess the prospects for the next two years?
Honestly I don’t know until we see what we’ve got player wise for the next two years.
We have got a young squad, I do think that will pay off but I do think we need two better half acks then a Full back to replace Myler im not overly worried about the other positions.
I may get shot down for this but im not overly fussed about this year because I can see a path forward which I haven’t in the last 6 years. The whole set up has changed and I think it will bear fruit as annoying as it is at the moment.

Predictable in that we will lose a good few more games than we win, regardless of a few exceptions where we actually care to turn up. One thing that is predictable is you can see a performance coming from the first few minutes. It was nailed on we would play poor from the manner of the first 2 penalties we conceded. We're crap christopher and a good way of being even mid table.

I would struggle to make a case for any of Austin, Sezer, Fusitua or Tet getting a new contract. I've no idea who's available but there must be better options out there for the kind of money those 4 will be on.
Woody: Can I pour you a draft, Mr. Peterson?
Norm: A little early, isn't it Woody?
Woody: For a beer?
Norm: No, for stupid questions.

I admire your patience and optimism, I guess we will have to wait and see. My view is a little less rosy, but we have tried to change direction with the coaching. I suppose after so much success, and then so many false starts, I’m not as trusting of those in charge as you are. Time will tell.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

I'll be honest, I'm not seeing where the optimism around our direction of travel is coming from there. It's not the performances that's for sure.
