That's an issue for me, they're looking more closely at the televised games than they are at the rest. If they're doing this as some kind of response to the legal claims by former players and they need it to show evidence that they're hot on dangerous play, then fair enough. But I suspect it's just the incompetence of the management at the RFL and they just haven't got a clue what they're doing. Either that or they're on commission per citing.
