How long is Arundel out for? Because a backline of Blackmore, Gill, Arundel, Qareqare is alright as it is.

I've seen this guy play a few times for Hull and to say he's hot headed is an understatement. Makes Harry Newman look calm and composed by comparison. Not sure playing with the grubs down here in the championship is the best place for him but let's see I guess.

Great - the opposition will be on the wind up straightaway then.

Blackmore was injured and couldn’t come off on Saturday and missed a game recently with a knee injury so maybe he needs a rest?

Perhaps.

Although on the other hand showing a talented player that if he doesn’t sort his attitude out and get his head right he will find himself playing with the grubs down here in the championship might be exactly what he needs.

If we benefit from that for the full season then great. If we get two games out of him and he leaves our own players (rightly) peed off then not so great.

I don’t like this much chopping and changing but we’ve struggled with injuries to key players and most sides are paper thin so a case of needs must unfortunately.

Bring back the days of bringing in in a loan player if your squad is down to bare bones due to injuries.
Imagine if a team with so many loan players got promotion where would they get there players from to compete in Super League.
If IMG would allow the team promotion anyway.
Rugby League run by muppets with the attitude of if this new idea doesn't work let's go back to what we were doing before and see if that works this time.
No wonder our sport will never move forward.

Not hard to be down to the bare bones when you only sign two centres to begin with.

And there lies the problem, we haven’t got the budget to have 3 players for every position and sign the so called marquee players, so you either sign bang average and have quantity or take a gamble that you get cover in on loan or dual reg in an area that not particularly strong. I do agree that 2 wingers and two centres plus Myers who at the start of the season was unknown is very light

I heard a rumour about QareQare over winter but i suspect we didn’t have the budget to take him on a proper season long loan with no recall as this would mean covering all his wages
