Well I wouldn’t say that would have been a certainty If so surely we’d have had a score before he went off? In truth we never really looked like scoring as we just gave no attacking structures.
BH now has to change things as staying safe won’t change a thing as without Connor we are completely bereft of any attacking threat based on the evidence

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Two try assists in nine games suggest we may not have seen too much of a difference had he stayed on. That said he's only played six full games I think.

Frustrating that had connor stayed on at Wakefield and played last night we would have won both games and be sat in a really healthy position in the league. Not seen enough of Litten to know if he has the ability to charm into the line and give that killer pass that Connor is so good at.

I think Adam's face said it all when we went for the 2, He didn't look impressed one little bit. Ridiculous decision and the sort of thing that's becoming a hallmark of Hodgson tenure, assuming it was his decision and not made on field.

Fair play to Brad Fash last night, 35 tackles and no misses. Mitchi had a frustrating night ball in hand (or not) but solid defensively - no missed tackles and seventeen completed.

Not a single clean break from Hull last night.

Shaul taking 28 carries is outrageous, his effort has been something I have questioned a few times this season but last night he was everywhere.

That really was a poor decision considering a) we had a no real kicker on the field (and McIntosh missed most if not all of his practice kicks) b) it was a poor angle out wide and even more so for a right footed kicker c) we were on wires 10M line with 6 tackles. The fact we were that desperate to take a kick that was very missable for a regular kicker shows that we had no confidence in scoring from attacking play.

He missed every practice kick, the commentators said so. Bizarre decision to take the two, build pressure FFS ! Pearson looked fuming and I can’t blame him. Coughed up marque money for Reynolds on BH recommendation and now had to pay him off. :| Thought Shaul did well, leave him at full back, Taylor dreadful, apart from one decent tackle. Skirlaugh would have beaten Warrington last night. The players believe the hype at the beginning of the season and when the going gets tough …… all teams have injuries so I’m not buying that excuse.

People banging on about the injuries. What makes people think having Gale playing would have made any difference?
Wire were as bad last night as they have been all year, and yet some people are proud we kept them tryless with 15 players.
Give me a break
