Lovodua was fantastic again. Everytime Connor stuck the ball in the air he was right on top of the man catching it.
Don't know what Lovodua's best position is but he really brings something to the team. Could tell from the first couple of sets we were switched on mentally for this one.
Not sure whether it's due to the daytime fixtures but gates seem to be going OK so far which is good to see.

I was pleasantly surprised we got just over 10k.
Agree on Lovodua, would like to see more of him at 9 but we just need him on the pitch

Sets of 6 galore by Moore. Fash our main culprit. Put us under unessacary pressure. Defence was very good which it needed to be, big shouts out to Lovodua and Mitch who defended brilliantly, special mention to boths kick chase.
We used Satae and Lane very sparingly. Won the arm wrestle Could of been more comfortable Hopefully no injurys, no obvious ones 2 points in the bag With a host of players returning
I will add we are missing Gales direction in the team. Although Mcnamaras done a steady job, thought he was abit off today, passing and pass selections
Agree with pretty much all of that. Think in reality it was always going to be a task to back up the win against Leeds and maintain the same intensity due to the lack of players available and the sheer effort from last week. That said it was a workmanlike performance doing what was needed to be done. Gave away a bit too much in terms of 6 agains inviting Huddersfield in to the game at times. Pleasing to see us grind out the win despite not being at our best, with players missing etc. good to see Mau get a run out too. Good effort and love our bash brothers in Lovodua & Vulikijapani
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I thought Savelio was really good today. Great workrate. For what may have been seen as a risky signing given his injury setbacks he's become a key player for us.

good to see someone mention and give credit to Mitch. His defence gets better and better saw a little better discipline but still needs to be better but our attack was just not clinical enough otherwise we could have put 30 points on them today. great defence at times but disappointing defence effort for their try Cant understand how none of the officials saw the Lolohea incident but he is likely to get 4 matches and how many times did Hudderfield have a player offside on a last tackle play kick.
Not getting carried away with this thought but impressed how Johnstone has responded to the fact he was at the back of the pecking order. Taking his chance for me, still has work to do but reinventing himself when he comes on and plays at LF. Gives Houghton a rest as he can step in on the odd play. Might be worth a renewal if he keeps it up.
