Having said all week that I think Catalans will edge it, Saints looks more lively for me.

Think Catalans should have gone for the line rather than kick when they took the penalty to go 4 - 6. They need confidence they can break the Saints line defence.

Good game though. Ref doing a good job so far IMO. Glad he let it carry on when the scuffle started.

I don't think I remember a game with so much appealing to the ref, it took the shine of it for me.

It's a shame they couldn't give Catalans a try when Makinson smacked him round the head & saved a certain try with foul play.
