Thought Chester was a Halifax lad like the rest of his family. It would make a change though having Huddersfield lads play for Halifax rather than Fax lads play for Huddersfield.

Not a new signing but delighted with the contract extension for Brandon Moore- at one stage I thought there was a real chance he'd leave. While he's obviously very committed not sure I'd have chosen him as captain - for me the obvious candidate is Fairbank - a quality player who always leads by example and who obviously has the edge in experience.

I'm with Ilkley Fax on this, great that Brandon has committed to the club. He will be leader by example on his own admission but maybe Jacob wants to concentrate just on his own game, either way I'm looking forward to seeing our new look team in action

I don't really think who the captain is matters so long as whoever has the armband is respected by his fellow teammates. The main thing here is that Brandon has signed an extended contract with us when he could so easily have gone elsewhere next season. Up The Fax!
