Shamelessly stolen from Total RL but here are the credit ratings for the SL applicants.

Credit ratings out of 100 and recommended supplier credit limits from a well known credit reference agency :-

Halifax 75 £4,200 Below Average Risk

Leigh 59 £8,100 Below Average Risk

York 45 £1,100 Above Average Risk

London 15 £0 Maximum Risk

Fev 12 £0 Maximum Risk

Bradford 7 £0 Maximum Risk

Bradford also have a number of unsatisfied CCJ's.

I know our board and other certain people have had a lot of stick over recent years and although that does not show the full picture it at least shows us in a positive light. Im sure our budget is nowhere near the bigger teams in our division so Im hoping for a bit of luck on the playing front this season so at least we show we can compete near the top of the table. On that front Im quietly confident with the team we have put together for this season.

I know you can do owt with figures but this is very interesting. I'd love to know more details around this. Not withstanding the above, everything you hear/see about the Bradford club is beyond a joke. The fact that they are in the SL equation at all just ridicules the whole process. We, the supporters, are just treated with contempt. No wonder fans are walking away from the game.

I am not sure how credit reference agencies get their data but they are pretty accurate and a useful tool for other companies when deciding the creditworthiness of another business ahead of conducting business with them. Fax's positive rating is an indication that they pay creditors on time which, from a credibility point of view, is extremely positive and shows the club is currently being run well. Very important especially when dealing with a lot of smaller and local businesses which is important reputation wise in the local community.

I dont think anyone though will be surprised should the Bulls get lifted back into SL even if their creditworthiness is in the pits. When the criteria was created they will already have known which team they want in SL and the whole process will be nothing more than a charade.

Loving the hypocrisy of some.

I agree the whole process is entirely bent. They know who they want and they'll have already told the team in question. Pretty much all us Bradford fans think it would be absolutely bonkers if its us. I still think it will be Leigh but I'm no longer as certain that they won't pull something nuts and put us in. So rest assured we think its just as ridiculous an idea as you do.

Still Toulouse for me . I think if the squad we now have performs next season that is our best bet for improved status. As has been said there will be no pressure other than trying to have a successful team . As for impending news I await to see the substance before any judgement.

Congrats to Charlie and the boys...IMO Fev deserved it,depending on manufactured criteria, but if the RFL had a grain of credibility left, uplifting Bradford would have killed it stone dead.
