Yep this is all on our owner in my opinion, he's convinced himself that chucking loads of money at the team is the answer. He's seems to have no understanding of what a top coach brings to a club.

Problem is that top coaches often want expensive backroom staff. Finances depending we would probably need to trade off playing for coaching budgets.

Cheap clueless coaches are a false economy. They lose and cost you lots of money
Getting people to renew memberships will be vital for the future of the club. AP knows that. Jam tomorrow has ran its course, especially in the current financial climate. New outlook and philosophy needed to enthuse supporters.
