On the subject of deaths in police custody I was shocked to find that 163 people have died in the last 10 years. That's probably higher than when we had the death penalty.

Not a single person is saying White lives don't matter - But certain posters want to make out that this is what is being said, it isn't

Next time I see a "Save the Whale" ad do I go ballistic because no-one is saving the Sharks?
If someone says "Donkeys Lives matter" (As they have been historically mistreated for example) does that mean they are saying "Horses Lives don't matter" because I am aware some of them have also?

In the Vast majority of instances we know why the Facebook shouters are spreading their "All Lives Matter" message & "Why No Protest for X/Y or Z" message.
It's to detract away from and to try and discredit the BLM Message - Is Gaslighting the Phrase used?

As for the drawing of parallels to the Reading incident
People saying No outcry etc, rubbish, it's been reported on, commented on and discussed as it always is for the Horrible atrocity it is. The perpetrator has been caught and will be punished by the Law/Authorities in the appropriate way.
People can protest about it if they want, Go ahead, fill your boots

But it doesn't alter what Black people, LBGTQ or any Minority are protesting about, They are quite entitled to protest until they feel they have gained equality, not only in Law (Which took far too long to come about, but in day to day life and situations were those minorities are still not being treated equally.

He couldn’t even stop himself lying during his appearance at the dispatch box. When asked why our track and trace app did not work Johnson’s reply was that no country had a working app. This is just not true because several countries have working apps.

Germany, South Korea and Australia for example or does he need a minimum number before it is considered a lie in Johnson’s world.

I suppose as per below it comes down to what you consider "working"

It does what it is designed to do, if people do not use it does not mean that the app doesn’t work. I regret that the world beating system trumpeted by Johnson including the app could have a 100% take up but it still would not work, therefore he lied again.

You will never create a perfect world where everything is equal - its fantasy. Could it be more equal of course it could - that is across the board. It takes a will from all to change the status quo. What some of these groups want is positive discrimination which cannot be correct. If you want a better society you have to drag the bottom up not the top down.

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.
