We are gunna have a few 'wannabe' coaches having a meltdown

Not sure these are what we need, still think we should have tried to move on at least one overseas player, Talanoa would have made sense, as we could have used Dawson or Hakim on the wing. Was never a big fan of Thompson in his first spell, I can't see these signings getting us challenging again. We have a big squad now, but still lack pace and power to challenge IMO.

Are any of these 4 considered the "Proper' signings that AP declared? I'm not being rhetorical just asking opinions. I know nothing of them other than JT and he was bang average.
None of the signings are likely to be in the XVII unless we have another major injury crisis. They'll be in the reserves or on dual reg.
Radford hasn't made too many mistakes in recruitment so lets just see what the squad looks like at the start of the season, still time to bring in another prop.
I saw one clown on Twitter saying he probably wouldn't renew after forty years following the club given yesterday's news. What it anyone who posts on here?
These players won't be near the starting 17. Where do people think the players for the Reserves team are going to come from? We cannot just put 18 year old kids against other sides reserves, they will be bullied physically. These players will supplement the talented youngsters in our reserves and put pressure on the 1st team. The 1st team will get the massive overhaul at the end of next season

I think a few are missing the point that Sneyd, Kelly, Conner, Westerman Bowden, Talenao, Minichello are all due back having missed the bulk of the season through injury. That scratches on the surface of the problems we have had with players doing long minutes with injuries (Griffin, Shaul, Taylor etc).
It was noticeable that putting too many young players in at once was overwhelming for them at times and there was a need for a few more experienced personnel to be added to the squad.
Although these signings are not going to set pulses racing, they are what the squad needs so injuries are not such an negative impact next season.
Lets face it, if you have been around the block long enough (and I am not going back that far here) we have seen a lot lower levels of quality in the past.

From an outsider looking in I would be chuffed if Radford went for Mason Caton-Brown over someone like Dawson, probably one of the quickest in the league and always showed up very well for Wakefield (Just a shame he was behind 2 quality in form wingers in Johnstone and BJB). He just does not fit Radford`s plans for the wing, don`t get me wrong I know your big strong wingers are effective but I think its all about getting the right balance throughout the squad and I think lack of pace can be exposed against certain opposition.

spot on - why spend on signing a player in a position we are already strong in when everyone is fit. we don't possess a crystal ball, we don't know how the season will pan out injury wise. the only position i would argue we might need a quality player is prop, having not really replaced watts. put our first 17 on the field with any regularity will see us up there

Think it's time for the Bumpsters return, unless he's eloped with Mrs Barista. If he was around to start a Radford Out petition, who knows, we could go on to win a couple of Wembley finals

When you consider that our mavericks (Connor and Kelly), our organiser (Sneyd) and our ball playing forward (westerman - after Watts departure) were all unavailable, it would not have mattered if you'd has the Aussie three quarters and the Kiwi front row, we would still have struggled to score tries.
The really disappointing thing about our collapses at the end of last season was the weakness's in Defence which were cruelly exposed.
