If that had been a Leeds try, we would have had meltdown on here and there is the "balance".
Another game that we could and should have won but, a great comeback from the boys and hopefully something from the Hull game will let us all rest easy.
the "balance" I refer to is that ours went up to the video ref as a try. the leeds try didn't even get referred - just like the saints one.

Which when a linesman and the rest of the tv viewers (including the Sky) noticed was 'puzzling'. Could the four official suggest he take it to the video ref????
Thought the post match interview with Miller summed up what he's about, was extremely disappointed and emphasised that he was struggling to sleep due to our current situation. You could also see that Hampshire was gutted as well. Some players can give interviews after a match and just say the words but these two said them with passion and I hope that's what's running through the rest of the team. Both top lads.
It's almost poetically WT that in a situation when we needed 2 points to be safe, we manage to scrape 1; and I'm fairly certain that an RFL representative moved the post for Hampshire's dg attempt.
Mixed feelings really - we clearly had the better of them, but a sloppy period in the first half let them get a lead that needed to be clawed back; and for all the bleating about Woody's try, I note that the usual patronising advice that these decisions even out over a season, only applies when a team that perceives themselves as 'big' and somehow more deserving, are the beneficiaries of that decision.

Can you quote this one tattie boy? I can't find that anywhere on the Leeds board.
