if you don't abide by your boss's rules??? interesting view point on employment that.
I suppose it boils down to what an individual feels is ok when not on work duty. Perhaps Watts feels his behaviour was acceptable in his eyes, but Radford perhaps didn't.
Still, your Boss wants one thing, you want another, the boss usually wins.
