Motu seems to go with what he knows, recruitment wise, and it's been successful so far. Don't think we'd have got Pritchard if it wasn't for him. The overseas players we have seem to have really bought into the culture of the club, so it wouldn't surprise me if any new signing is of Kiwi origin rather then Australian.
