I said at the time of his signing that he was average and that'd it stunt the younger players coming through, his performances last year and this showed I couldn't have being more wrong. He's being absolutely outstanding for us, without him last year and this we'd be in a far far worse position. I've being singing his praises ever since and still believe he adds more than Ellis does.

He's been absolutely outstanding for us but I disagree, Ellis is the best player in the team and for me the best player in the competition.

Ellis is an out and out leader. The team play better with him on the field.

Played City v Country but that's as far as he got. Didn't realise he'd played hooker, now we know who can replace Danny if he were to get injured
