Maybe breathing space wasn't the right term, I couldn't quite explain what I meant, I think if I said to any fan that we would win8/9 after the Widnes game people would have thought I was nuts and we have won games that wasn't expected, so although it would be very disappointing to lose on Sunday, it wouldn't be a disaster and we still be on the track for the top 4, for Rovers it's a must win game, as they need to make sure they at least finish in the top 10.

We will beat them, no way am I been cocky or arrogant, but if we slip up against them, then we have problems, we have a squad that is more professional then any squad we've had in recent years, they are very poor & any top teams that have our recent form would not slip up.

We lost to Leeds who have lost to Rovers and have been worst than them this year. I'm not taking anything for granted, but we would have to play poorly to lose, if we play well we win.

We beat Catalans & they hammered kr, we can't look at it that way though pal, they have no strike in them, light forwards, they score off the back of mistakes, we will beat them by 20.

Nothing wrong with a bit of confidence but don't set yourself up for a fall, they put 50 on Cas a few weeks back.

I think we will also I was just saying if that was offered I'd take top 8 I think the derbies have been diluted it doesn't mean as much as it used to 6/7 years ago and I've only ever been confident of winning 3 derbies and we lost 2 of them
einstien said insanity is when a person does the same thing over and over again but expects a different result

Come on, people! .......We all know the result is a formality .......We may match you in one or two positions, but, overall you are far more superior across the park......If we do manage to pull off a win, it will only be because your squad goes into the fixture thinking that they have won the game before a ball is kicked .......And given that your front row and fullback are fully aware of how important the derby fixture is, I really can't see this happening.
The fixture will be just a cause of damage limitation for us.
