Doesn't look great but then it doesn't look any worse than the one Talanoa took against Leeds and that resulted in no action.
However who knows what the panel will decide!

Only thing to defend Ellis is, if you look at were the tackle starts, to were Tupou head ends up - Ellis would have very likely hit his upper body had Tupou head not gone down.
