Not friends with any players, I hold them in too much respect and awe, always have done. When I went to grammar school, a double apostrophe before and after text denoted a quotation, as in you said "We shall see what the next few games bring". Gaz is merely a shortening of the name Gary or Gareth and doesn't require apostrophes.
