Good to hear Stuart Barnes finally singing an ex League player's praises. Sinfield's post match interview allowed him to qualify his 'missing League everyday' comments.

Showed his class again today both on and off the field - a credit to the sport of RL

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Wonder if hes wishing he had gone to a top tier club?

I know the move to union was basically semi-retirement but he has taken to it quicker than most expected and his game is arguably MORE suited to union than league.
Clive Woodward around 2001/2 just before the world cup win had told Sinfield that if he moved to union he was likely to play for England.
Wonder if he had become a dual code international if Cas fans would still call him overrated?

It might have been better for the club had he stayed one more year with Peacock leaving, even if he was just playing off the bench or not at all, just as a presence in the dressing room. But after all he has given for Leeds I have no problem with him bowing out whilst he was still playing good stuff and extending his career a few years in another sport.

I watched the game to see how he got on. Very well considering how long he been playing. Obviously the standard is quite low but he always looked line he had time in the ball to pick his pass

The final is 3pm today at Headingley.

Chance for Sir Kev to lift more silverware.

Probably the only chance we'll see new silverware at HQ this season so worth popping down to watch!

Also available on BBC IPlayer for some reason for those without satellite.

Last time I switched over to S4C, they were televising a Celtic Crusaders game live.

That'll have been around 2007 or 2008.

Jace Van Dijk and Tony Duggan by plenty!

Thanks for the tip. Strangely rugby union makes more sense to me listening to commentary in Welsh

Excellent commentary - as a welsh speaker it made perfect sense
