Although I won't humour the loon I do agree with the meme.
I remember a good few years ago a landslide in the news in Belize. There was pictures of Royal Marines being flown in from HMS Ocean to help dig out the locals, then out the blue I see my friend, himself in the Marines. So a couple of months go by and he gets home and I bring it up and tell him how impressed I am with him.
He then proceeds to tell me it was all for show, they were flown in with the camera crew, spent 20 minutes digging for the camera and then flown back to the ship.
It's been fun.

I'm surprised the mentalist hasn't already blamed Putin retaliating over the jet coming down. Using concrete evidence terms like 'there is little doubt' and 'it's my guess that' etc etc.
