That's the problem when you only know swearwords, it makes communicating difficult. I don't work for Poundland never have, had that been the sum total of my achievement in life then I would probably be disappointed with myself, I am prone to making grammatical errors myself so I don't judge other peoples, but it's usually good manners to spell their name properly when it's in front of their eyes, as for the bitterness it's obvious where that lies, no clues from me I'll leave you to work that out for yourself. goodbye
