What does AP do until then?
Sack all the coaches now, which would cost him serious money, and suffer the unpredictable consequences?
Or continue with the status quo and ignore the flack he's getting from some sections of the "fans".
The problem is that there is the very real risk that by keeping the coach/coaching team in situ we continue to nose dive and with withering confidence could (not saying we will) end up in the championship which would be unbelievably devastating on many different levels.
If a coach isn't available until season end to physically be here at least get people in that that coach would trust to carry out what he would want, even if that is A>N> Other interim coach.
Of course we could come good, there is always that possibility, but you'd have to say the probability of us doing so and avoiding the middle 8s at least are not good. Yes the outcome of those games is far from predictable but I still would see us surviving and being back in SL for next year. Firstly do we want to be scrapping for SL survival and secondly do we honestly think the present coach/es are capable of getting this team to just more than survive? Add into the equation the fans feelings and the almost near total disenfranchisment with regard to how we are playing and the perception of apathy by the owner to act then you have lost a whole raft of surporters whom no longer believe, no longer trust the owner to do the right thing, won't buy passes, won't buy shirts etc.
Economically it is a greater risk to keep LR in place than it is to dispose of him, that's the bare bones of how I and many others see it, that doesn't even come down to the fall out that is happening right now in our celebration year which is an embaressment to say the least. Weighing up the balance of what to do and when comes down to the owner, I fear he doesn't have the decision making ability to do the right thing for the club because of the hole he has dug himself. To me he is clearly entrenched and would rather save face than swallow his pride & will play things out until at least the end of the season than make the decision now to get rid.

What is more/less desirable in your opinion; unpredictable consequences that possibly could include making a push for the 8 or relegation, or almost certain bottom 4 with at least as much chance of relegation? We're holding 14, shall we stick or twist?
If we did happen to have a coach lined up for next season, sacking Radford now would actually cost no more money in the long run than doing so at the end of the season. Sacking them all probably would, because you'd most likely look for someone to do the job until the end of the season. That's arguably the consequence of having such a threadbare coaching team, all of whom are hugely inexperienced so there's no real candidate to hold the fort.

imo if you want change but will do nothing to make change then you have no right to bitch
I know it has zero chance of success because most of these petitions fail. And the way it's written guarantees that Pearson - or anyone else at the club who reads it - will bin it after the third paragraph at best. Probably part way through the second. It's a badly-written rant and people simply do not respond well to those.
A far better option for making our views known is individual emails directly to Pearson. Preferably calmly written. You get more flies with honey than with vinegar.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Good for you, I'm sure that will work too. However many fans are reluctant to write their feelings down and send them off for various reasons, this with not much effort allows those that choose to do so to send two emails each time to ensure that the club receive an ackowledgement that those fans signing agree even if only in part with what I've stated.
That you think it is a rant or said without any calmness has no basis in fact does it? What is so irrational/uncalm about what I've written that you catergorise what I've said in the way you have, is it somehow a bunch of lies or untruths, if so please educate me as to what they are? There are no personal jibes, no insults just actual descriptors of the situation and the performance and abilities of our coach and indeed the owner (of which I could have gone into much much more detail).
I presume you read beyond the third paragraph and if so why would not someone else read it through or do you feel that AP or his assistant are above reading messages from supporters of our club through to the end?
Your personal feelings towards me as with others is slanting your viewpoint with regard to this, frankly I don't care, I don't care if you've made your feelings known to the club or not, I suspect the latter. To not do anything is to have no backbone and be truly apathetic.
