There's a bit of obsession some have on here that we must have a full time coach for everything - not necessary. As I said before quality, especially at head coach level is more important. What is also very important and seems to be neglected in this discussion is the coach's input into player recruitment, development and retention as this has a real impact on the performance of the team. Anyone know how that is done beyond anything Motu does?

pretty sure there is a guy who owns a scaffolding company who is also on the coaching staff have seen him on game day in the dug out and pitch side etc ??

Shh don't mention Motu's name. I don't think Radford's got round to blaming him yet.

I agree that it should be quality over quantity. Sadly we are doing it the other way round.

Is Motu Radford's boss? Or does Radford report to AP?

I have the impression that both Adam & Motu report to Radford, which is the only explaination as to how he remains in the job.
