Didn't john pendlebury have one last year at leigh?
leigh v bulls may well be a great gate and all that if first off, but I'd rather bulls start off a little more sedately given we are a rebuilt side.
It's no good going over to lsv against a very good and fairly settled team and going home well beaten. The positivity around our club is a fragile thing.
I'd rather we start with a winnable low key tie and sod the big bang.

I think they take into account any particular dates the clubs might want/not want a home game to be played, particularly with clubs sharing grounds, but I doubt they would accept not wanting any particular club, away from home, on a specific date..
