Anyone else still waiting ?
I was talking to a member of staff in the shop at the Stadium when I got my pass and she said they all went out on Challenge Cup Day (23rd Aug?) and it was their postal company that had not delivered them. Sounded like Hull were unaware until people started getting in touch the day they went on sale. I got mine a couple of days after they went on sale, but downloaded the form to take in.

you know me for having a moan at the club for various things, but not sending a pass renewal form out in the post is no major issue.
Imagine these things are £2 each to print (glossy paper, staples, assembly etc.), then they pay £1.50 each to have them delivered by Royal Mail, that's £3.50 per renewal form, then they have families with 2 adult and 2 kids passes, to that's £14, for ONE page that actually needs to be completed?
If the best use of over £30,000 is renewal forms then AP is in the wrong industry, am sure a phone call to the club, saying you want to renew, would result in a form duly arriving though.

Unlikely as my lad also has a pass/gets a separate brochure as well and he hasn't had his.
I'll just renew as normal on the phone - I never use the brochure. Just think the club should make sure all of its existing customers are given every reminder to purchase.

so, then of the season isn't reminder enough that you need to renew?
