I have to sort this out, the furthest north Ive been was when I went to Andy Murrays hotel nr Stirling earlier this year and the scenery was building up nicely then, worse still my wife works for a group of Scottish hotels and she gets a decent staff discount - and we STILL havent taken advantage yet - I could organise a really nice 7 day round trip around the highlands ending up on Skye, all at half price!!

It took 6 weeks for my grandson's first passport to be produced. My daughter knew not to book the holiday until she'd got her hands on the passport but she'd booked time off work, wouldn't have been able to re-arrange it. Hence she travelled to Durham to pick it up before booking the holiday and flying the following day. They tried to charge her for fast tracking it but when she pointed out how long they'd been waiting they backed down.

he paid the £68 for fast track but sure he qualified to get it done for free but thats his problem...hes just happy to get it now!
