A couple of my mates have a vita and they are pleased with the product. I just don't think it has too many 'killer' games available for it just yet, which is what has held me back from buying one. I think the Vita will become infinitely more useful when the PS4 launches and the remote play/second screen functions kick in.

Pretty fabulous hardware, pretty awful software. There is a real lack of quality games for it. My lads have had it and they do play on it, but solely on FIFA. They've had plenty of games over recent birthdays and Christmas for it, but they never get a second play.

If you end up getting one, I recommend you buy Spelunky off of the PS Store. If/when I decide to pick one up I won't need much else aside from that game to keep me busy, it's an incredibly addictive little gem of a game.
