Friends Arena???? If it was a Swedish company called Friends then fair enough, but an anti-bullying organisation? I hope English football doesn't go down that path.

After that performance from Ibrahimovic and that goal, this is the subject you decide to post about?
And anyway, why not? Would the 'Kick it Out Arena' be any worse than 'DW Stadium'? The naming rights were bought by a Bank, then donated to a charity. I can't say I have a problem with that.

Haven't seen it, yet.

While a 4 goal haul in any game is an awesome achievement, an international friendly isn't the big stage. If this was a competitive game against England then Ibra would deserve the plaudits for his haul. But in many ways a 4 goal haul against so many England debutants is as meaningful as Torres's hat trick against QPR.
He's the guy who has been kicking KIO in the last month. Peter Herbert's dream is probably along the lines of Prime Minister Peter Herbert, Lord Herbert of Fulham Broadway or being the English version of Martin Luther King.
Or maybe he sees how much Gordon Taylor is on as the PFA boss and wants a similar cut as boss of the BPU.
Saddened! wrote:Really? If he'd get into the Barcelona team, or the Real Madrid team, why is he messing about at an average mid-table side like Liverpool? He's a clever player who produces some quality moments, but he's prolific enough to in the top echelon of strikers and isn't good enough to play on his own, hence why Liverpool are struggling so much.
I'm interested to know who in the Man United team he would be ahead of?
He isnt good enough to play up front on his own yet remains the PL joint top scorer?
You dont think he'd get in ahead of Young? He'd get in ahead of Rooney for ne. Even on the left I'd play him instead of Young.
As for Barca he' take Pedro/Alexis' posistion on the right easy.

As you can see from this clip, his team mates REALLY love him
Hes a grub. I know it, his team mates know it and everyone else know it, bar the liverpool fans

He's not as good as Rooney. The other players you mention are all wingers.
It seems the rumours about Suarez moving to City were started by Liverpool themselves, if you believe the journos on Twitter. What do you make of that? I think a lot of clubs would be put off by his thirst for controversy and he's never looked like he wanted to leave, so I doubt he'll go anywhere.
The one Liverpool need to worry about is Raheem Sterling. I'll bet the rumours of an imminent City raid are true, they just weren't about Suarez.
