Hi guys, i will be doing my first ever full marathon in April for a great charity that some of you may be familiar with, i'm raising money for Freddies Friends which is the same one Rich did the Everest trek for, if any of you can spare a few quid for this great cause i would be very very gratefull, i'll be 40 yrs old by time the event comes round with dodgy knee's so any money raised will be hard earned by me i can promise! thanks so much in advance, UP THE ROBINS!
