Had to reject, basically because I think Manningham is poised for a massive season. Can't trust the Seahawks offense and McGahee will probably only get goal line carries.
No idea why the person who had Manningham dropped them, but I'm hoping it pays off - I've got him on two of my three fantasy teams!
I was amazed, I put a claim in but you got him. I still have Steve Smith as well, but we don't know what we will get out of him with a rookie QB. Devin Thomas has been our most prolific wideout in pre-season. May be worth a risk. I'm very deep at running back. Rumours Starks has a chance at the number one slot in Green Bay. great news for me if true.

Well we do need another tight end after the fook-up with Lee Smith and Will Yeatman!
BB thought we could sneak them both onto the practice squad without anyone realising and picking them up on waivers and now they have both ended up at our division rivals
Not really seen much of Dan Gronkowski so can't comment but he needs to be a damn good blocker to replace Crumpler from last year!

I may have to pick up McCown out of desperation as I don't have a backup QB in the fantasy at the moment...

Darius Butler is gone aswell now, another player who promised so much but has failed to deliver. I'm sure he won't be out of work too long none of our other released players seem to be!
Looks like no-one is safe this year, Brady better get his arse into gear

QB Scott Tolzein was picked up by the Chargers as an UDFA out of Wisconsin. He showed lots of potential ad improved under Norv as pre season went on. Stupidly, we released him hoping he'd make it through waivers (and kept Stephen Cooper who was a torn bicep and is finished regardless) and he got picked up by the 49ers - the last pre season opponent and the team that got the best look at him.
Now the 49ers ave put him on their practice squad! How does that work?? A team pick up a scrub, work with them in the off season only for some other team to snap them up and put them on the PS?!?! Come on! If he made the roster then fine, but to do with him exactly what the Chargers wanted to do takes the p*ss.
I use the Tolzein case as an example, but this practice on the whole can't be right. Surely the team who a kid spends the off season with should have first dibs on him for the PS.
