In that case, well done. Although I want praise for cropping it to the required sizes.
Where would you be to stumble upon one if those? I enjoyed those, used to use different colours to the instructions though, forget what number was what colour and end up with some interesting 'acid trip'-esque images.

getting around a company copyright is easy if done in the right way... . quite simply send a letter or email to hull kr and explain what you would like to do with the logo.... and as long as it is for non profit making, in all likelyhood permission will be given to use the logo. . i did this myself a number of years ago and was myself given permission to use their logo as it was for non profit making ventures. ie my own dvd covers and wallpapers.
after several short emails back and forth they gave me permission to use it. afterwoods i even emailed them back with a finish piece of work to show it was for non profit making ventures. . there are other ways also... but will not discuss the ins and outs of logo reproduction too much on here. The other bonus was of course ,was the fact i worked for the firm that supplied and fitted some of the signwork around the ground... so working with logo`s and such was part of my job anyways...

How on earth would they know (unless Hudgell came around for dinner) that you'd used the logo for dvd covers and wall papering your house.
That sound nice by the way, I might get some of that stone cladding with the Rovers crest on for Secret Hill Top Lair.
