I hear of other people getting responses such as "...you are reminded that cameras are prohibited within the ground, if you are seen taking photos you may be asked to leave..." after sending a complaint (with photo evidence) of the amount of people congregating at the front and restricting view to the whole of the touchline. Was rather amused so I tried similar but wasn't even deemed important enough for a response, unless my junk mail folder caught it.
