Ok so we all know he has had a terrible start to the season, and his confidence will be extremely low as a result. I personally would drop him, although that would knock his confidence even further and maybe make it harder for him to get back to his best. Obviously if he is dropped, the question is who replaces him? Latus straight swap, Hall wing Webster centre or vice versa. What would you do? and do you think Morgs will consider it?

Although I do very much like the sound of webster and hall together but I think its too early to start dropping players now but if a winger does get injured I think we should defrinaty try the webster wing hall centre option

well i agreed when people said fox had enough behind him to warrant being given chance to turn it around, but he is showing no sign of improvement and IMO hes becoming a bit of a liability we cant afford to carry.. against cas in the first half he bombed 3 chances, dropping one would be forgiveable but all 3? i rate fox when hes on form, but hes not showing it right now, take him out and let him get his head straight because each game he plays badly drops his morale even more.

I just don't see how dropping him is going to help him regain form anyways if anything its going to put him even more down but tbf he isn't playing well at all the past weeks

Id like to see him dropped, and although i think Hall at centre with Webster outside could make a great combo - i think Latus needs to get his chance soon

Although he would have to play there if ordered to, its not his prefered position as stated by him when he first signed for Rovers, plus, once you drop a player after just three under par games which is hardly catastrphic in my book, you are undermining that players ability which in turn effects their confidence even more. I would be very suprised if Morgan dropped Fox at this early stage and doubt very much that he will, im pretty sure he will give him more time to regain his form and get back to his best which im sure he will. I know from my own experience when your confidence is down a little, it only take a couple of things to go right for you in a game and that confidence feeling starts to return, im sure there are others on this board who have playing experience and will know what i mean, the last thing he needs right now is people knocking him and asking for him to be replaced .

Why should it? he's an international winger, if he gets dropped because his form warrents it he should come back stronger to prove a point.

Indeed. I would argue that the way to do it is put (not drop) him into the reserves to re build and work on certain aspects of his game.
Hall at centre, Webster (like it not, we're building depth now, nobody should have a sure fire place in our team, they need to be earned) on the wing.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Yes, he SHOULD, and in the long term i believe he would do, but short term it might knock him while his confidence is already low. Is he more likely to regain his form and confidence by playing through the bad patch or having a few games in the reserves?
