Spurs have been after Pienaar since the summer break and many Spurs fans have been waiting for him to arrive at WHL - I think the 'unexpected' arrival of VdV put the move on hold - 'Arry wants him,now it's up to Mr Levy to cough-up the dosh - why not wait until the summer and get him for nothing ? We don't need him at this moment.

Don't rate him. I like Riera, did the same as downing but actually had the ability to go past people. Downing has started to be a bit more central during the latter stages at Boro and recently at Villa. A world class club needs to be signing world class players, or players that have the chance to be world class.

Still, I like to highlight the inconsistencies within the FA, especially when it concerns United. What ban did Mascherano get after refusing to leave the pitch? Two games? I hope RDS21 gets the same treatment.
You've started to show alot of bitterness lately Rob. You must have kept it well hidden before or the success of United coupled with the demise of Liverpool is taking it's toll. Dalglish got nothing for questioning Webb, Fergie always gets a ban. Stop being bitter mate.
I ca't believe the Liverpools fans are comparing Rafa and Rooney's heat of the moment rant at the referee to Babels idiotic tweet. Chalk and cheese. It's like comparing a regular fan chanting "you don't know what you're doing" and a Chelsea fan issuing death threats. Totally different.

Is Redknapp still saying that Bale will eventually move back to full back?
