He does need to up his game and hopefully pressure from Berro, Whiting and Turner will help him. If he does then we will see the benefit.

Completley disagree. I think Turner has the potential to be a great centre. The moment it clicked for me was when he scored a try this year at Leeds in April and I remember thinking what a great 'centres' try it was, ran a strong angle and with pace to finish.

In my opinion, Hall was neither of these.
Turner is a good defender and I believe his running will get better with time.
