Late November-Early December (Sunday Night/Monday Morning) and they will be placed on here as soon as released.

good news on the sponsorship front - player sponsorship numbers are increasing almost daily so thanks to all for their participation - keep it up and see if we can get 100% of the players sponsored !

I personally think that it is up to the players to get themselves sponsored ... if someone doesn't do it for them. Through friends and acquaintances.

at Championship One level, you are correct concerning the 'friends & acquaintances' plus family of course - at the higher levels as well as CC1 company sponsorship is more interesting - for example to sponsor to a player at TO13 is impossible for the likes of me as there are literally dozens of companies only to willing to put their name against a player - there's a big waiting list.
I don't know what happens in the english leagues nowadays but over here every home score is greeted with the sponsor mention ie :
" Try scored by Clint Greenshields sponsored by Jacques Cousteau company - electricians in Perpignan" etc

One thing about the french, their marketing, even at LER level is really pushed hard

The players do not get the money directly themselves, at least in the vast majority of cases

I'm not suggesting that they do or should.
I'm suggesting that where nobody has sponsored them, they seek sponsorship themselves via friends rather than go unsponsored.
We raised well over sponsorship level money, just half a dozen of us on a walk, didn't we?

Indeed we did, just thinking most players won't go out of their way to get a sponsor when they don't benefit
