A few punts I'll grant you.

I doubt many in SL will know much about Ah Van but he comes with a good recommendation and made the 2008 NZ squad so he must have something about him. Chev Walker has something to prove and doesn't have much to beat since he will be replacing Nero.

I suspect we might have at least one higher profile signing to announced before the end of our pledge deadline.

Ah Van could be good I'll grant you, but he's been released for a reason. Chev Walker was going to be used as a 2nd rower at Hull KR due to his awful injury, so I don't know if he's going to be good enough for centre.

He was granted a release at the players request. He was struggling to get back into the side but the NZ Warrior have a superb backline!


He can't be any less effective than Nero to be fair to him.

Not worth signing him and letting Nero go then maybe? Walker is a gamble, at least you know what you get with Nero.
