Whereas the jam promised by Rovers of challenging for silverware in a 14,000 stadium by the start of 2010 has been delivered in full. At least us muppet passholders pay less than Rovers and are rewarded with more home wins

Rovers fans are a happy bunch, the board and coach deliver what they promise season on season. We look forward to the oncoming season with hope and expectation. I actually feel sorry for Hull fans, another season of poor tactics and boring rugby to look forward to, but never mind there's always the accounts to look forward to at the end of the financial year.

Shows the sizes of the 2 clubs Rovers fans are happy with being a mid table team and finishing 6th/7th, Hull fans want and expect us to be challenging for trophies each year.

For a team that hasn't won anythign meaningful for 25 + years I would have thought that you would be desperate to win something.

I think you're mistaking the sentment of happy with were we are with happy were we're heading. We are happy with the signs that year on year progression is being made, the holy grail of silverware is getting closer not further away and even in our season of consolidation we still progressed.

Last year you ended the regular season 4th and got to the quarter finals of the cup. This year you finished the regular season 7th and went out of the cup at the first hurdle. How is that "getting closer" to silverware? Realistically you need to finish top 4 absolute minimum to have a chance of winning the league.

Also rovers have built there progress on overseas players.

Once they start retiring and have to be replaced my Englsih players, they will struggle for a few years until they get some youth players through.
