for me the biggest embarassment is when we have a world cup, no matter wether it's Scotland ireland France or Italy the post match player interview always starts with said player saying "G'day mate"

Putting all rivalry aside can someone please explain why it is bad to have good Aussie players in Super League?

I say this because we have a home grown rule to ensure 8 young players must be part of every clubs 25 man squad. A rule I strongly support.

And there is no rule to restrict players who refuse to play for England like Sean Long so what's the difference?

Think thats all of them, so we have 8. The rules allow this and we have done nothing wrong with this.

We then have given players like Welham, Hodgson, Taylor, Mariano, Watts...etc chances at Super League rugby and have developed their games greatly.

Last season we managed to get Fox and Briscoe into the England team which is more than some with a majority of English players in their squads.

There are not enough good English players in this competition or lower leagues that could compete in this league, we went out and got our hands on the best English back rower available last year in Matt Cook yet he has played very little for us compared to what was available in Aus only a couple of years ago (Newton and Galea).

While Leeds, Saints, Wigan and Warrington are able to get a hold of the best English players available clubs like Rovers need to dip into the international markets. Until the RFL improve the standards of the grass routs, BARLA, and clubs' youth structures this will always be the case.
