Don't think there's anything at all they could day about the taking of the pen. He took it in one fluid motion and simply played it with his left foot rather than smashing it with his right. Beautiful technique and a great pen.

If I was an Italian I'd have been pi55ed at the awarding of the pen though. The defender did nothing wrong IMO.

I'm still in disbelief as I couldn't believe it was said when I thought I heard it today, but; did Mark Bright say he wouldn't pay £5m for Balotelli?

But is he really worth £25M-£30M (I know this is Man City)? I really don't know much about him, looked up his stats and they are pretty ordinary. Seems hell of a lot for a player with nothing more than potential and a bit of attitude.

Paying so much for Balotelli is a risk. He has a real attitude problem but has big big potential. It could prove to be an outstanding signing or it could ruin him.

He's either worth nothing or a lot. I dont think there's any in between for him.
