Say what you want about Hazel, but if it was not for her most of Langworthy would be derelict with houses still only worth £5000, she brought in the £13.5m SRB money to kick start the regeneration and she also got Urban splash in when the original contractors pulled out because they could not see how they could make money. She also pulled in £52m for Charlestown and Kearsal, and used her influence to bring other pots of money into the city. What have the rest done? Only Norman tells us that all the people of Seedley and Langworthy have been failed by the regeneration, this was a man who told people to vote Lib dem and they could have Loft conversions and hot tubs from the regeneration money, when he knew full well that it was not there for that, but what the hell it worked, now the same residents get no reply, this is the man who complains about the ice rink but attends council freebies and also a man where even his own lot have split up in the council and on TV he had no idea about the Lib Dem policy on student fees.
