salford in the past have had many chances to sign world class players , ie look what happend when simms went to oz to sign salfords favorite son , mozza
they offered him peanuts , what did they expect him to come for nothing , imagine the crowd salford would of got if they had of signed him , the gates would of gone up from 3 thousand to at least 7 thousand overnight ,more bad management , perhaps as i have said in the past you have to gamble now and again , but most fans on here say WILKY is doing a good job , lets look at facts
grand finals = none
trips to wembley = none
up for major honours = none
relegations = loads

We are a small club, i doubt any of us would expect us to be in the grand final or up for major honors lately :\

i dont see us as a small club ,we are a sleeeping giant , and if WILKY and his board splashed the cash you would see how big this club and its fan base really is

What cash would that be. The board will be up all night counting the revenue generated from tonights match

the fan base is us any others who come when we start winning are not really fans just associates, who want to say they are part of a winning club, they are not fans.

and yet without the associates to add some extra cash we won't be doing anything soon. it seems like splashing the cash is a gamble the current directors can't afford or arn't willing to to take with the stadium on the horizon.
so which will come first assosiates or sucess?
