As for Vieira, he made a stupid challenge. TBH I think a lot of City fans will be happy to see him banned. Not sure myself. I think he has done ok from the bench. If he is banned and De Jong gets injured then we may have to play attacking football for a change. That would be nice

You missed the s after mistake. Just because the referee took pity on him and disallowed the goal, it doesn't mean he wasn't massively at fault. The Stoke player did nothing wrong whatsoever. Given and the ref should be massively embarrassed over that incident.

I'm not sure he did as I was only half-listening. Then I thought he couldn't be bigging up Walcott because he's dreadful.

And after he came on Walcott looked like a Championship player who had got lost and found himself in the CL. Which is pretty much what he is.
