I think all the games will be very close, although if Eccles play like they did against us I think they will be too good for Blackpool. Can't wait to get going again after a couple of weeks off.

Game of two halves really, Pilks got off to a flyer and got three converted tries before half time, they were dominant in the first half and played the conditions well, kicking early and keeping us on the back foot. Pilks added a drop goal early in the second half for 19-0, we finally got going with about half an hour to go and had them on the rack late on but it would have been harsh on Pilks if we had got something from the game I think.

We just couldn't get going in the first half and we were on the back foot for the majority of the game, poor performance from us and we cant afford to play like that again this season. Well played to Pilks though, good side who play the game the right way, that's another cracking game we've had against them.
