Although even if I'm not, I do understand the Companies Acts of 1985 and 2006 and how it's an offence not to file accounts on time. Perhaps Hudgell could offer me a short-term deal to explain the complicated concept of "10 months after the balance sheet date" Would save him loads of cash in fines
