I do however think Justin will sign a new prop that is much better off the bench than anything we currently have. There must be money in the pot for this with the players that have just left.
Ratu is possibly Jake Websters replacement for the future years with Hodgson depending on his first year being Fishers replacement with an experienced hooker coming in over the next year or two.
Dont forget also we have some academy players coming through of our own that are looking promising.
As much as I'd like to sign various players I dont think we'll over spend and blow our long term future in the top flight, I wouldnt mind finishing 6th next year as long as it was for the greater good of our future progression.
He's staying?!

For me he isnt big enough to make a top class prop, think he would be Ok as a backup.
Ewan Dowes was average last year for Hull and played the same ammount of games but has far better stats.
Wheeldon is one of those props that runs hard and wears his heart on his sleeve which endears him to a lot of fans. I was saying when he was at FC in his early days that he could play for GB and how good he was. I was disappointed also when we didnt keep him. At the same time my Rovers friends were calling him average. It would appear we have changed our opinions as fans becuase he has moved clubs. Funny that

Was clearly rubbish and need of inspiration whilst at FC. Luckily for Scott he landed on his feet at club with a superior coaching and back room team and is now a fabulous young prop.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
