i wonder if the players are trying to show him how much they think of him, persuade him to stay put but he does deserve it, as a player you would much rather win players player than player of the year

Fair play to Swain - actually a little surprised but it's good to see his efforts this season have been recognised. I think the Warrington game at home earlier in the season when he was knocked out cold, got up, fell over while still concussed and then ran straight back into the defensive line pretty much sums him up as a player.

Enjoyed tonight ...glad Ratchford was recognised and Adamson , two very important players for our future !!! Surprised Robbie Paul wasn't mentioned as he has been a great ambassador for the reds and will be missed on the field more than people think !!! A couple of things really, was talking to Steve Simms last night, asked him about Matty Smith and he says been brought in for the scrum half role with Ratchford at 6

Also asked about Big Phil and he said theres a 12 month contract on the table for him but his wages are proving a stumbling block

Also cheekily asked how much were getting for Myler and he just said 'as much as we can mate'

Luke Swain made me laugh being interviewed saying 'for the fans that support us'. Its a shame really as I dont think some of the players know that most fans cheer them on no matter what and the boo boys let us down as I think were the best and most loyal fans in super league,

That guy at the bottom who stands at the bottom of the shed is really doing my head in(hes about 2 stone and looks like a rat, am sure uve all seen him), he stumbled over to the players and tried shaking Malcs hand, and Malc just looked in the opposite direction which I found quite funny
